Weekend Question is a fun way to get to know my followers. I enjoy knowing little tidbits of your lives.
Weekend Question?
Multi-books? Do you read multiple books at a time?
Yes, not all the time. If a book isn't as great or has a slow start, I get bored and tend to pick up another. It helps so I don't get aggravated. I even sometimes will have 3 or 4 books I'm reading. I leave a book in the car and one in my purse. I never forget a plot or the page where I left off. Though I have to admit I do sometimes forget the description of a character.
So What about you?

Not me. I have to finish one before I can move on. Great question!
When it comes to reading I'm pretty much a one-trick pony. I don't like to have more than one book going at a time. The only exception is that I can be reading a physical book, and be in the middle of an audio book as well.
Up until recently I could only read one book at a time. Now I have had up to 3 or 4 going at once. Like you said, if it gets slow sometimes I need a little break.
Once in a while, but mostly I like to read one book at a time. That way I don't confuse the stories. Good question!
I also typically have several books going at once. I'll have a book on the Kindle, a book book that I'm reading and an audiobook that I'm listening to. Usually not more than one per format though. :)
I started to read multiple books recently. Mostly when a book gets boring or I want to read something different.
I am usually reading 2 or 3 books.
I've tried to cut back on reading too many books at once, but sometimes in the middle of one book, I get a craving for something else. Whatever works, right? :)
I used to read multiple books at a time, but ever since I started reviewing books I stopped that way I can focus on reading and reviewing one book at a time. The only exception is when I'm reading a school book, because then I'll read that and a book for pleasure.

I try not to do this because I always seem to get details between books confused, or worse yet, give one book all my attention, while the other gets none. I can think of about 10 books that I am in the middle of right now, and none of them have been touched in several months!
I can't read more than one at a time. I get things mixed up.
Great question. Love your site.

I used to but can't any more cos I am always on a deadline ;) I am horrible in a way cos 90% of the time I finish a book the day I am gonna review it
Good question! I am always curious about the reading habits of others.
Here's mine http://thenovelstudent.blogspot.com/2011/08/weekend-question-0814.html
I generally like just reading one at a time. I like the feeling of accomplishment when I make it all the way through. That said, if I've stopped reading completely because I've gotten stuck on that book, sometimes I'll pick up another. But then I always go back and finish the first one.
I'm currently reading 4...5 if you count Pride and Prejudice, which is sort of my go-to whenever I'm back at my parents' place. I like having more than 1 going because sometimes I'm not in the mood for paranormal, drama, contemp, etc. and this way I have a choice.
Not me. I'm a one book kind of reader so I don't get the stories mixed up or get distracted by another story.
I usually have a couple books going at once and three audios between the car, the kitchen and the bathroom.
I am definitely a multiple book reader. The bare minimum I am reading at one time is two--one I am reading, and one I am listening to in my car. Right now I am currently reading four and that is about average. Like you, I pick them up, put them down, and comeback to them later. I usually don't forget much of what I read--I seem to be good at remembering the details in books unless I rushed through it for some reason.
I have have always read multiple books, unless I pick one up and it just grabs me, then I stick with that one.
