They're so cute! But you’re right I do wonder why owls are supposed to be wise and what they have to do with books? I looked it up and apparently the Greek Goddess Athena had an owl for a symbol and she was the goddess of wisdom.

Owls were associated with Athena, Greek goddess of war strategy and wisdom. Books are associated with wisdom, therefore owls= classic symbol of books and libraries. Learned that in my myth class. :) Hope you enjoy all this cute stuff!
