Instead, it turns out to be her last.
Then she gets a second chance. Seven chances, in fact. Reliving her last day during one miraculous week, she will untangle the mystery surrounding her death—and discover the true value of everything she is in danger of losing.

My Review
I could never imagine waking up everyday and it being the same day. That's just what Sam had to do. Her life was picture perfect to the outside world but up close you could see the chaos. After being in a car accident Sam had 7 days to figure life out. Imagine only having 7 days. Seems impossible right?
Before I fall was not what I was expecting. It did remind me a lot of Groundhogs Day. The ending however was not the same. The ending did throw me in a loop but it really fit the book. Before I Fall stirred so many emotions. It reminded me of being in school, the challenges. I really felt the characters emotions and was so realistic. That this could have been me. I can tell you this is a unique and intriguing book. I got a little annoyed with my husband while reading this. While driving to my vacation destination I decided to read this. Well he couldn't hold his tongue. He just kept talking about this and that and pointing buildings out. I finally had to tell him Hush I AM READING! lol. Yeah it was that good.

 Check out Lauren Oliver HERE!

The idea of waking up everyday and it being the same day would be totally awkward and weird, Before I Fall sounds unusual :D Great review!

I'm really keen to read this book. And I definitely know what you mean about someone interrupting you while you're reading - especially when you're at a really good part!

A review that was beautifully written. I must say that I'm really looking forward to read this book as the premise sure sounds like something I'd definitely like. Hope that I'd be able to read it rather soon!

It does sound like Groundhog Day. I can't even imagine the ending of this book, I guess that's why I want to read it so bad...

It's weird - everyone has LOVED this book, but I think I'm going to hate it. Which makes me want to read it.
Sam just sounds so annoying, and, like you, I really can't imagine having to live the same day over and over.
Yet I sort of feel like I HAVE to read it!

I Loved Your Review. I Liked Ground Hog Day So It Sounds Like This Is A Good Book. I Don't Know What I Would Do If I Had To Live The Same Day Over Again For A Week. I Also Want To Read That Unexpected Ending.

I've been seeing book reviews about this book everywhere but this is the first time that I read one.

Your review about this book kind of reminds me of the Sandra Bullock movie Premonition.

I'm still not sure if I wanted to read it though :(

LOL I laughed about your husband talking when you wanted to read. I have been there!

Initially, the "Groundhog's Day" scenario doesn't interest me, it feels tired. But I am intrigued to read this book, maybe to see how the perfect life leads to a tragic death or if she figures it all out (I guess she does, lol), kind of Lovely Bones style.

Thanks for the review and contest!

I've read so many good reviews of Before I Fall! Nice review. Brief but complete. What I'm really interested to know is how she lived that last day of her life over and over again.

This sounds JUST like my kind of book. I honestly love books that make me get so into their world that I feel like hitting someone with it if they interrupt me ;) Those are the good books I think haha
The story itself sounds incredible though and yeah it also reminds me of Groundhog Day

Usually I have an aversion to books with faces on them... I don't know why. But I think I'll get Before I Fall:)
